Rummage Sale April

Giving Back

If you have been a longtime customer with us, you are probably familiar with our Rummage Sales that we have a few times a year. These sales are always lots of fun and something that we look forward to all year. It has also been a point of pride for us that we have been able to donate partial proceeds from these sales to a variety of charities*. Giving back to our community is important to us and this time we’re keeping it even closer to home.

We’re very excited to announce that our upcoming April Rummage Sale is in partnership with the Little Mountain Neighbourhood House The Neighbourhood House has been a resource for our community by providing programs that support our local youth, seniors, families and everyone in between. These programs include Community Dinner Nights where delicious, nutritious and affordable meals are served every Friday, Citizenship Education for newcomers preparing for their exam, as well as Beyond Education which is a volunteer program from youth to improve their leadership skills and get more involved with their communities.

We truly believe that the Neighbourhood House is making a difference in our community and we encourage you to check out their website to learn more about the amazing services they provide:

With this being their 40th year of operation, we want to celebrate this accomplishment and all the great work that they do by donating 40% of the profits from our April Rummage Sale to the Little Mountain Neighbourhood House. The sale will be running from April 2-18th in our Pop Up Shop where you’ll find select consignment and new items at 50% off! There’s always amazing pieces to find at our Rummage Sale and now you can shop knowing that your purchase is going towards a great cause.

The Neighbourhood Houses’ moto is ‘neighbour helping neighbour’ and with your help, we’re hoping to do just that. Thank you for reading and we look forward to seeing you there!
